Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique that stimulates the lymphatic system to reduce fluid buildup, decrease puffiness, and support your body's natural detox process. Viktoriia uses advanced Ukrainian techniques that deliver visible results — many clients notice a difference after just one session.
Most clients see visible de-puffing and improved skin tone immediately after their first session. For lasting body sculpting results, we recommend a series of 3-5 treatments. Viktoriia will create a personalized plan during your consultation.
Not at all. Lymphatic drainage uses light, rhythmic movements designed to be relaxing and therapeutic. Most clients find it deeply calming — many fall asleep during their session.
Stay well hydrated before and after your appointment. Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before. If you're booking a facial treatment, arrive with clean skin (no heavy makeup).
We ask for at least 12 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations (within 12 hours) are subject to a $50 service charge. A card is required to hold your booking.
Yes. Lymphatic drainage is one of the most effective treatments for post-surgical recovery. We recommend waiting at least 24-48 hours post-surgery (or as advised by your doctor) before your first session.
